What is your running experience?
I run regularly with a dog I run regulary, but without a dog Not much, I'm trying to get fit and this sounds awesome (Good for you!)

There is no right or wrong answer here! We're happy for help. If you haven't run with a dog, let us know and we'll train you on how to do it. If you're new to running, take it easy, start now and go for an easy job prior to running with a dog. We're happy to help you on your journey.
How often would you be able to run with a shelter dog at the shelter in Old City?

Runs are scheduled on a four week rotating scheudle. We ask that all volunteers commit to at least one run every for weeks.
When would you prefer to run?
Weekday Mornings after 9AM Weekday Late Afternoon/Evenings (4PM-6:30PM) Weekend mornings Weekend Late Afternoon/Evenings (4PM-6:30PM) Anytime!

The Adoption Center is open for volunteers between 9AM and 7PM. (Last runs to occur at 6:30PM) Please let us know your availability. Weekday morning's and later in the afternoon are preferable, but anytime of day is welcomed! There is a great need for Saturday late afternoon help too!
What activities are you interested in?
Running with the dogs at the Adoption Center Fostering a dog in the program (Dog would live with you until we find a home for him/her) Attending an event/Handling a dog at an adoption event Running in a race with Team Monster Milers! Behind the scenes planning and coordination

Again, no right or wrong answers. Don't feel like you have to be interested in all areas. Just let us know how you want to help!
